About Me

My name is Jess and I learnt how to crochet six years ago. I quickly became addicted and that’s when Disco Sloth Designs was born. I mainly use the corner to corner technique as I love being able to draw up my design on a graph before recreating with yarn and a hook.

I love Amy Winehouse, I saw her three times live and was obsessed with her from the first time I heard Stronger Than Me on her Frank album.

I tried something new with this design and embroidered on her tattoos, I also added a 3D rose to her hair.
